“It works, right?”
“take it twice a day”,
Until methods turn malevolent.
The warring celestial plights
Escalate our malignant ways.
Now chomping on our irrelevance.
Mental polarity runs amok,
And morality starts to wave.
I left them piles of link,
Links led them to brand new brass
They still Gathered spent rounds as
Our foot patrol made another pass
We all return at deployments close,
But we don’t all make it home.
