Tangled, overlapping cables are more likely to get damaged simply because they’re harder to inspect and manage. You should use cable trays, clamps, or labeled bundling to keep everything organized. This makes it easier to spot wear before it becomes a failure. Plus, it just makes maintenance faster when something does go wrong.

Even the best protection won’t last forever. Make it a habit to walk your facility and check cables for cracks, fraying, or discoloration. Catching a small issue early is always cheaper than dealing with a full failure later.
