Since many of us are now mostly sedentary, for example, just lie at home or play online blackjack in Canada, the problem of belly fat is becoming more and more urgent. We’ve learned about various exercises that will make your belly look beautiful!
Lower Belly Fat Exercises
1. Hiking
We’ll start with the simplest exercise that even unsportsmanlike people can handle. This is the only exercise on our list that should be done immediately after a meal. No matter how much you want to sit quietly after a meal (or even lie down), it is better to refuse a lazy siesta. Doctors recommend taking a walk after eating. It is advisable to do this in the fresh air, but if for some reason you cannot walk outside, at least walk around the room for 10-15 minutes, having previously ventilated the room.
2. Leaning Forward From a Standing Position
Touching the floor with your hands is a classic exercise from school physical education, familiar to all of us. It will not only make the belly slender but also give the body flexibility by straightening the spine.
3. Circular Motions With a Hoop
A hoop is a simple, inexpensive, and affordable tool that does not take up much space at home. To get rid of belly fat, preference should be given not to a thin gymnastic hoop, but to a more weighted version – a massage hoop with blotches.
Please note that you cannot twist the hoop on a full stomach! Make sure that blotches do not hit you in the ribs, navel, pubic area, and genitals. Do not exercise too hard at one time, it is better to twist the hoop several times a day, intermittently.
4. Jumping From the Position of “Support on the Hands”
This complex exercise will remove fat not only on the abdomen. It’s incredibly effective but terribly tiring. This exercise is also called a burpee.
Please note that this exercise is not for everyone. It may be accompanied by dizziness and nausea. Watch your breathing and heart rate as you do this workout. If you’re having a hard time, take an urgent break. Learn tips for getting sick while exercising.
5. Cross Crunch “Bicycle”
Great exercise for the abdomen, legs, and buttocks. Unlike burpees, this workout is quite simple to perform.
