A New Type of Map
Sometimes a new perspective of an old map will help to identify unseen avenues of approach. After all, there are 7 common maps to view our 3D globe onto a 2D paper surface. I perceive time from a fluid grid-wave perspective of intersecting and interfering knotted wave patterns. With this shift in perspective, key decision points within one’s life will interact with, then influence, the past to direct one’s future. The shape of this model of the universe is described as a 4-dimensional tesseract. At dynamic intersections of momentary awareness, one can change the future by a shift in the perspective of the past. Triggers, anniversaries, and key dates can be passive or active portals to the future that arrive in the form of a novel challenge to overcome, a self-destructive pattern to break, or a life lesson to fold forward through micro-decisions made within the Now. Life is multidimensional living poetry that responds to one’s web of woven words and the physical actions within our 3rd dimension. Let us begin.

I propose time is not a river we move through, but a manuscript that reads us as we read it. Every memory is ink that appears permanent until a new understanding adds margin notes beside it. The past remains a printed point on a map until a new interpretation is found to rewrite the story’s deliberate direction. In this way, triggers are not alarms to avoid, but invitations as footnotes to ask whether we will repeat the paragraph again or evolve to the next chapter. We’re all authors of our own short lives who write a love story as we stride. Some print their words onto 3-dimensional pages while some prefer to project their story onto a living landscape. The poem is never finished because the poet still draws breath.

In 1905 Albert Einstein published his theory of Special Relativity that led Hermann Minkowski to reframe time as the 4th dimension. What if time isn’t just a straight-line arrow, but instead can act as a map to the future? A living landscape we can explore, fold, and transform through layered intentions and subtle suggestions that mask high-order energy alchemy? What if the key to growth, healing, and even the creation of reality itself lies not in resistance from the past, but in re-mapping it to form a new perspective?
In “Pole Flip Perspective,” we begin from the foundational insight that our lived experience isn’t governed by linear chronology. Instead, our lived experiences follow patterns as predicted by the mathematical rhythms that shape all creation, gleaned as a Golden Ratio.

Time as a Map. Not a Line.
Since we humans harbor our homes and live our lives within the 3rd dimension, we experience time in a linear sequence that’s known in physics as the “Arrow of Time” (Known point in Past → Micro Slice of Now → Infinite Future of Probabilities). But consider the alternative where time is an infinite series of knotted waves that intersect and interact with each other. These ripples spiral outward from a central point, where YOU become the center of the universe and nothing exists outside of your field of vision. Everything outside your field of vision runs as background noise that follows your internal assumptions based on previous observations.
How can you prove anything is real outside your field of view? Can you guarantee any of your online friends are real until you poke them with your finger? With this uneasy shift in the nature of reality, everything outside your field of vision becomes a probability wave that will collapse into a single point on a map once observed. This reality is recreated within the Double Slit Experiment where light behaves differently once observed.
Can you hop in your car and drive to the future? No, you cannot. Can you ride your bike or take a hike to a destination that demands all your attention? No, you cannot do that either. Untether yourself from the future because the common concept of the future does not exist.
This perspective offers timeline compartmentalization with surgical precision and the introduction of spiritual Sage emotional regulation. With this perspective, one can open a notional portal, add energy, an email, or action, then close the portal to eliminate the awareness of its existence. Since our unique individual realities are defined by our perspectives of the probabilities in the world around us, one’s interaction within the world can become a blank canvas with every sunrise, and every sunset becomes a recalibration event. The past will vanish because all actions only exist within the micro-slice of Now.

As noted in the Double Slit Experiment, light behaves differently once observed. Once observed, it becomes a particle. Until it’s observed, light is a probability wave of infinite possibilities. Since humans are ever-present observers of the Now, the past becomes a known place on a map. Your handwritten journal, a photograph, or a micro-second after Now are known points in the past. The future is a probability wave that’s full of infinite perspectives and endless possibilities. Healing is the process of transforming particles back into waves to locate a new place on one’s unique map of life.
In a math-driven many-world universe where ALL possible outcomes DO come true simultaneously, why choose to self-harm? Why choose fear? Why choose negativity? There’s an infinite number of positive outcomes for every infinite number of negative outcomes. In Schrödinger’s cat thought experiment, the cat is both alive AND dead until it’s observed. Once observed, the two realities part ways to venture on their respective timelines.
With a Double Slit notion of time, where probability waves impact on a detector screen to show known points of particles, I propose the interference patterns display alternate probable timelines. The most probable timelines position themselves in the center and the least probable timelines occupy the outer flanks. To jump timelines, one must side-step, one-by-one, to the reality hidden within their actions and intentions.

With a Schrödinger’s cat perspective for a physical human, I postulate it’s your consciousness that makes the quantum leap into a new physical form while a less aware version of your shell retains the status quo. A rupture in a status quo of quantum jump can become quite difficult.
Through my lived experience, I discovered the more status quo I stepped out of, the more intense discomfort and greater awareness I received. The price of knowledge became physical pain in the form of Carl Jung’s Shadow Integration. Shadow Integration is the mechanism of trauma identification and recognition instead of trigger avoidance and silence.
Shadow integration is a painful event because it’s a recalibration of the nervous system to a new state of awareness. Most micro-dose this painful integration process through an organic endeavor. It sometimes takes a lifetime to locate all the hidden traumas that direct our actions. What if this painful Shadow Integration took place all at once, for everyone? What if the veil is lifted, whether you’re ready or not?
During an exponential jump through an uncomfortable threshold of nervous system recalibration, may I offer you my safety net to use if the pain becomes too great? A tool I’ve deployed several times while I grasped for 1 tiny positive solution within 1,000,000 awful outcomes. Because disassociation once disconnected emotion from my body, I felt pain for the first time in the Fall of 2023. When the deluge of pain became too severe or when I find myself on the floor unable to draw a breath, I found myself to say, “Wow. This is what pain feels like. It’s awful. I’m so grateful to feel it because I’ve never felt it before. So many of my friends aren’t alive to feel pain anymore. I’m grateful to feel pain because it’s a reminder I’m still alive to feel it.”
Furthest Left and Right Limit
To understand the laws of the Universe, scientists must first discover the furthest left and right limits to identify where the laws of physics break down. As with the mind, one must venture to the furthest left and right limit to identify our universal patterns of self-preservation.

The loss of almost everything I’ve ever loved is a gift to remind me I’m still a living human with an unbreakable heart. Turn a particle back into a wave, then direct that wave to a new position on your own map. This is the magic of Metacognition, where one’s consciousness can tell the brain what to think, what emotions to deploy, or what nonsense to silence.
The implication is profound: our future isn’t out there waiting to happen. We are not passive bystanders through time. Instead, the future is a spectrum of probabilities that respond to how we reconstruct our memories, meanings, and internal narratives. When you change how you see the past, you change the probability wave of the future. This alone is the fundamental education of energy alchemy.

Patterns, Golden Ratio, and the Universe
Patterns follow a universal constant known as the Golden Ratio. This geometric design shows up everywhere from galaxies to seashells to the periods of art. I’ve identified compartmentalized timelines of geometric designs that also direct one’s actions through life. If one can identify known points within a compartmentalized spiral timeline, then they will sense what happens next by observation of statistically improbable events coupled with feelings of friction. Statistically improbable events are identified as “checkpoints.” At the slice of Now where the Golden Ratio reduces by half, this will produce a “Threshold Event” within one’s life where they can convert the past from a particle back into a wave of probabilities. These events are observed as wormholes, or gateways to a higher state of awareness.
After a tipping point of Threshold Events are successfully integrated through the psyche, the dissolution of time becomes inevitable and the spiral is no longer in a state of collapse. In direct contrast, each new intuitive action will act as a seed to create a new Golden Ratio timeline of expansion. With this perspective, one is no longer on the defensive to protect the traumas one once refused to face. Instead, life becomes an offensive weapon against war, tyranny, and systems of control. Observed as “321.123”
This isn’t mystical for the sake of mysticism. It’s mathematical. It’s a new perspective of the Many Worlds Interpretation. The Golden Ratio and its associated sequences are a recurring signature in our collective natural system of growth, decay, and resonance. By observing consciousness this way, we can recognize that our internal states follow patterns just as universally as natural law. For example, the major periods of art follow the sequence of reducing Golden Ratio because human consciousness follows a mathematical pattern.
Each threshold event is a pivot from one spiral into another. This perspective places free will not as some ethereal choice, but as a mathematical switchback within a dynamic system of ongoing education. At each threshold, we are given the choice to follow the existing spiral and continue our patterns, or step into a new one to explore the unknown.

Not for the Weak or Faint of Heart
Healing is a rupture in the existing pattern that allows for a new spiral to form. In Chaotic Systems Theory, this marks a bifurcation point where a threshold of behavior shifts into a new pattern. Discomfort is the indicator that a threshold is on approach. Pain is not the enemy. Pain is the nervous system in a state of recalibration to the new awareness after a threshold crossing takes place. When you break a pattern and end a cycle, you instantly create a new one. When all self-destructive patterns are eliminated and one’s nervous system is recalibrated to its natural state, this is where the fun now begins. This is alchemy on the ‘other side of the veil’ where one is no longer a prisoner to the past. Instead, one becomes a ship captain to steer a sinking ship by an alignment that’s guided by wide-open chakras.
The intentional act of energy alchemy becomes an ‘Art of War’ to transmute collective past suffering into future harmonic resonance. Instead of retraumatizing, one can convert that energy into a new probability wave of prosperity. This new spiral carries forward purpose and intentional direction.

Time Folds Forward and Backward
We established humans experience time in a linear manner. However, time does not follow a human’s nervous system for guidance. Einstein’s theories on Relativity taught us that all time exists Now. The past, present, and future all exist within a micro moment of Now. Since all time exists Now, there are two arrows of time within each compartmentalized timeline. * Time folds forward along a Golden Ratio AND time folds backwards along a Golden Ratio. Each folding towards each other with increasing intensity and doubling speed at every halving event, as two trains on the same track en route to meet in the middle, or two subatomic particles en route to smash together at a particle accelerator. The collision is inevitable because math says so.

Threshold Events: The Einstein-Rosen Bridge of Consciousness
A wormhole in physics is a shortcut between two distant points; a folding of spacetime. In the psychological realm, a threshold event acts in the same manner: a fold in the timeline of consciousness that connects who you were with where you could be. Once you pass through that bridge, nothing remains the same. You don’t simply move forward in time; you reframe it. The future doesn’t arrive as a surprise. Instead, we live in the decisions of our past. What if the ‘past’ can be a micro moment behind the Now?

Energy Alchemy; Beyond Good and Evil
This is “Multidimensional Art of War” that’s been in motion, unknown to me at the time, since The Havok Journal published “Written in Taliban” after the fall of Kabul in 2001.
Let’s understand energy alchemy from an elementary perspective. Consider a bumper-to-bumper car accident. The ‘bump’ transfers negative energy instead of a bent bumper. Each ‘bump’ grows with increased intensity that follows the math derived from the “Butterfly Effect.”
Each bump in the bumper-to-bumper car accident acts as a negative action that grows after each bump. For example, a pinch turns to a slap, initiates a punch, to a stab, to a gunfight, to….etc. The end result of unchecked ego awfulness is the opportunity for humans to try this algorithm again in 12,000 or 25,000 years. The next cycle of humans will have no recorded history of the calamity before them except for the coded cryptic concerns written with the DNA of the survivors.
Doesn’t the world seem to be growing wilder? Have we all become Floridians? Headlines have become more surreal. How much poison can one consume, brought on by greed of corporations? The weather hasn’t always been so weird. Does the TV tell you what to feel? Division hasn’t always been so destructive. How many calamities can one consume until we become numb to the major threshold on final approach? The rate of this decline/weirdness follows the geometry of a Golden Ratio.
Consider one of those cars in the notional bumper-to-bumper car accident that takes no damage. A freight train can ram that one car but leaves no lasting trace. Instead, that magic car can absorb the negative crash then transmute that negativity into a positive event to push forward. That magic car will then bump the car in front, but instead of a crash, the bump may fix the other car’s taillight, then that car bumps the other to straighten its once-bent fender, next a new interior, bumps forward to a new engine, pay it forward etc… The end result of this positive bumper-to-bumper car crash is an end of human suffering. An end to war. An end to hunger. An evolution of our species from a Type 0 civilization to a Type 1 civilization that still follows the Golden Ratio of the Butterfly Effect.
In short form, this looks 321.123. The collapse of golden ratio. – Bump – Beginning of new golden ratio. The rate of these ‘bumps’ follow the geometry of a Golden Ratio. Either increasing or decreasing in intensity.
Since all time exists now, at key “Time Laylines” positive energy can bump backward to create a new path forwards. A “Time Layline” is a key date in history where a collection of timelines all experience a significant emotional event.
I put this theory to the test in “Pole Flip Perspective” and initiated a self-induced Kundalini Rising (KR) event because I identified patterns on approach. I absorbed a large amount of “bump,” then transmuted that energy into two essays. “Pole Flip Perspective” and “A Map of Time.”
On the other side of these painful KR events, MASSIVE amounts of novel ideas arrive as a string of all-at-once interconnected ideas where one can, for example, learn Kung Fu in an instant.
“Pole Flip Perspective” posits that the transition from one pattern to another is not random; it can be intentional energy work. Energy alchemy becomes a transaction when the phrase “Evil was easy. Love is effort” turns into action. This is not mere poetry, it’s the Art of War. It’s a side-eye battle through a veil. It is a comment on the relative entropy of human choices. The gravitational pull of destructive patterns are easy because they are low-effort spirals. We slip into self-destructive patterns with mindless intention.
In contrast, the act of love with intention requires the restructure of a particle into a new wave to form a new perspective. That’s energy alchemy. To modify an internal state to recalibrate external probabilities. This positions morality not as judgment, but as energetic efficiency. Choices either collapse into lower-order patterns or expand into higher-order resonances.
The Self-Aware Observer
The observer becomes central to the entire structure of reality. A self-aware node defines not just the present moment, but the interpretation of the past to shape the future. Decisions become a race backwards to Now. The concept of revivifying the past in order to change the future is echoed through an array of ancient ideas. My lived experiences became verified through ancient wisdom. This is less spiritual musing and more of a physics metaphor: like the collapse of a wave function through observation alone. Consciousness doesn’t just witness reality; it participates to re-shape it. Here, time is not a dictatorship; it becomes a conversation.
Ultimately, “Pole Flip Perspective” teaches that reality, including time, is not something we endure but something we navigate. With a present state of mind, the observation of patterns will help to identify Threshold Events on approach. Once identified, one can collapse past narratives into new spirals to reshape the very map we live on. The lived interpretation of your past is not fixed. It only feels fixed because it has crystallized into a known point on a map. A point is also a node. And nodes can be an entry point, or on-ramp, into new fractals of reality.
Our Universal Lens
This is the lens through which I navigate the world. This is a lens all humans can acquire once the noise of the world is silent. We are not bound by cause and effect. Instead, one can be the effect to cause a cure, or maybe cause an end of war. Cause and effect are interwoven reflections of a timeless tale that’s already told. When you change the internal pattern, the perspective, the external waveform adjusts in response.
Conclusion: Journey Through the Spiral
In Pole Flip Perspective, we identified that the path isn’t forward through time; it’s through spiral patterns that loop, fold, break, and reform. Nothing is in a fixed position until you say so. Time is not a line but, instead, it’s an active landscape that’s shaped by consciousness and choice while governed by a mathematical formula. Growth isn’t accumulation of knowledge within a bucket of brain. Instead, it’s a transformation. It’s a recalibration. It’s a deliberate process. Healing isn’t erasure of the past to “get over it.” Resolution isn’t found when one is told to “move on.” Healing is integration, reflection, and redirection.
Love becomes intentional efforts of novel pattern creation. Love becomes the highest form of energy alchemy. This perspective doesn’t just reinterpret the past. Rather, it allows us to steer the future by pattern recognition to break the current spiral then step into a new one. Time doesn’t just pass. Time listens.
And when we speak to it with clarity, intention, and self-awareness, it responds to our voice the way a chisel removes marble to discover a masterpiece within. Be careful what words you choose to speak because there’s tremendous power in the hidden frequencies woven within one’s words.
Maybe instead of endless efforts to control others with weaponized words devoid of wisdom, I propose we can save the world by first falling in love with ourselves. See yourself the way I see you; because I love every single one of you marvelous miracles. We all deserve to be loved. If nobody told you yet today, hear it from me first. I love you.
